Restaurant Team Member
Job Description
As a Restaurant Team Member at Al Pastor Taqueria you will be fully trained and equipped to work any station. We'll provide the training you need to provide excellent customer service and feel comfortable working at any station - grill, cashier, prep, washing dishes, salsa, etc. You will be hands on in connecting with customers, fellow team members, cooks and keeping the restaurant clean and looking fantastic!
In this role, part of your responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. Your contributions will be vital in creating a positive experience for our guests, whether through food preparation, serving, or assisting with cash handling.

Approximately 20 to 35 hours per week
Weekends Required.

Shift Leader
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation and food safety, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We'll provide the training you need to provide excellent customer service and feel comfortable working at any station - grill, cashier, prep, salsa, etc. You will be hands on in connecting with customers, fellow team members, cooks, and keeping the restaurant clean and looking fantastic!
In this role of Shift Leader, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences as a cashier and by assisting in food preparation, cooking, washing dishes, cleaning grills, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and other tasks assigned. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all food safety standards are met while providing outstanding customer service.
